Springs Body Sculpting and Aesthetics recognizes that life happens. No worries if something comes up and you are unable to attend a previously scheduled appointment. Simply call us to reschedule. The sooner we know, the easier it will be to adapt to the change. This also allows us to be more efficient with our providers’ time and provide the best service possible to each and every client. With that said, please see our cancellation policy below.

Consultations: Our consultations are free, and there are no penalties for late cancellations or no-shows. But if you aren’t able to make it, please be kind and let us know.

Appointments for minor/non-invasive procedures: – No charge if canceled at least 24 hours before appointment time.

• A $25 fee will be assessed for appointments canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time.
• A $50 charge will be applied if a client does not arrive for their appointment and does not call to cancel/reschedule (no show/no call).

Bodytite/Facetite/Aviva procedures: There is no charge if canceled at least 72 hours before appointment time.

• Procedures canceled within 72 hours of appointment time will incur a $150 charge.
• A $250 charge will be applied if a client fails to arrive for their scheduled procedure without prior notification. *Procedure cancellations are charged at a higher rate due to the significant amount of time reserved as well as equipment/supply costs specific to the procedure.

* We will exercise considerable discretion in implementing this difficult but necessary policy.
