Getting Started

New to Springs Body Sculpting? Start here for the basics on our services, consultations, and how we customize every treatment plan.

What are "stacked treatment plans"?

We often combine (“stack”) several treatment methods into one comprehensive, customized plan, because it usually takes more than one approach to correct multiple concerns at once. Every plan is built around consistency and cumulative results: treatments are scheduled consecutively — one after another, without gaps — so each session builds on the last for a greater total effect by the end of your plan.

We offer a wide range of skin and body treatments, plus intimate health and holistic, functional wellness solutions. Whether you want to reshape and contour your face and body, smooth out cellulite, correct skin laxity, define your jawline, restore intimate health, lessen joint pain and muscular atrophy, balance your hormones, or lose weight — we offer everything in one office, with an experienced staff to guide you.

Yes. We require a consultation before any treatment to determine which plan is best for you. Because we offer so many treatments and procedures, we customize each plan to your individual goals and needs. We do offer same-day consultations and treatments for some services when appropriate.

We sure do. Once you’ve achieved your results from your initial corrective plan, we build a custom maintenance plan around you — quarterly, bi-annual, or annual single treatments, paired with a simple home-care routine. Our motto: long-term maintenance should never “break the bank” or require the same extensive plan as your original correction. Keeping your results should be affordable and easy, not another major investment.

Yes — all of our treatments and devices are FDA-approved.

It depends on the treatment. Procedures like BodyTite, FaceTite, and MyEllevate produce noticeable results right away. For treatments performed as a series of consecutive sessions, results build upon one another, with a cumulative result at the end of your plan — which is why we always take follow-up photos and measurements to track your progress and confirm your success.

Body Sculpting & Aesthetic Treatments

Non-invasive and minimally invasive body contouring — from CoolSculpting and EmSculpt NEO to BodyTite — and what to expect from each.

What body sculpting treatments do you offer (e.g., CoolSculpting, EmSculpt, laser lipo)?

We offer both non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments, including BodyTite Turbo (radiofrequency-assisted liposuction), Morpheus8Deep Body, QuantumRF, EmSculpt NEO, CoolSculpting, Exion, and Venus Legacy Body Contour.

It depends on the plan we determine will give you optimal results. We often stack treatment methods when there are multiple concerns to address, and we typically build plans with three components in mind: the main dish (the foundation of corrective change); the side dish or dishes (to aid and enhance the foundational results); and the dessert (the “finishing touch” or post-procedure treatment that ensures the whole process is idealized from start to finish). So patients may expect anywhere from a single procedure to multiple consecutive treatments handled as a series.

For several of our procedures — such as BodyTite, QuantumRF, FaceTite, and MyEllevate — very minimal downtime is expected. Most patients return to regular daily activities within just a few short days.

Nothing in life is permanent. While many treatments claim “permanent” results, that term is subjective. We prefer “long-term” or “long-lasting,” because the body’s aging process never stops. We offer dramatically corrective solutions for long-term results, along with maintenance treatments and guidelines to help you keep what you achieved for as long as you like. Our general rule of thumb: a maintenance plan should never cost nearly as much time, energy, and money as the corrective plan.

Absolutely. This is our signature approach — we strongly recommend combining (“stacking”) multiple treatments to achieve faster and better results.

Skin & Facial Treatments

Injectables, medical-grade skincare, and facial treatments to smooth, tighten, and refresh your skin.

Do you offer Botox, dermal fillers, or other injectables?

Yes. We’ve worked with all the major injectable brands over the years, so we have our favorites. We offer neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Daxxify, as well as Sculptra, Revanesse Versa Lips, Restylane products, and RHA — to name a few.

We offer non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments for a wide range of concerns: skin laxity, acne, scarring, deep lines and wrinkles, “turkey neck,” sagging or drooping skin, uneven tone and discoloration, double chin and jowls, rough or uneven texture, loss of volume and collagen, facial contour, and much more.

Our highly trained staff has years of experience in the field, so they’re educated, proficient, and experienced enough to guide you through a customized treatment plan with confidence and ease.

Yes. Our products are both medical-grade and prescription-strength — for in-office treatments as well as at-home regimens. We carry professional skincare brands that require a physician’s medical license to offer in our medical spa.

Safety & Qualifications

Who performs your treatments, how we oversee care, and the licensing behind every service.

Who performs the treatments at your office?

At Springs Body Sculpting and Aesthetics, medical-aesthetic services are either performed directly by Dr. Matthew Dunham and our team of board-certified surgeons, or delegated by a licensed physician to a trained esthetician, in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. Minimally invasive procedures such as BodyTite, FaceTite, Aviva, MyEllevate, and QuantumRF are performed by our board-certified surgeons. When services are delegated to an esthetician, the supervising physician maintains responsibility for patient care and provides appropriate medical oversight. Patients have the right to ask questions regarding the nature of the services being provided, the credentials of the individual performing the service, and the role of the supervising physician. Our team is committed to transparency, patient safety, and high-quality care.

Most likely, yes. We offer such a wide range of treatments that we can serve most patients regardless of many medical conditions — which is precisely why we require a thorough consultation before any treatment.

Yes. Every practitioner in our office is certified and licensed by the state of Colorado, and we all regularly keep up with continuing education and training in medical aesthetics.

We do accept walk-ins for consultations when our staff has availability. Otherwise, we prefer that you contact us to schedule, so we’re prepared to give you a proper consultation.

Payments & Financing

Financing options, accepted payments, and how we keep treatment plans affordable.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes — we offer financing through Cherry and CareCredit. Cherry does not affect your credit score and is not revolving credit like a regular card. Options include interest-free monthly payments for up to 12 months, or a fixed low APR for up to 60 months. If you’re declined for Cherry or CareCredit, we offer in-house payment plan installments customized to your needs.

We accept all methods of payment, along with third-party financing such as Cherry and CareCredit. We also accept personal checks; however, the check must clear before treatment.

Yes — we offer many specials and discounts throughout the year. And because we often stack and bundle treatment plans, those packages are pre-discounted with even more savings built in, year-round. Our goal is always to give you the greatest value for your investment, no matter the season.

Your Visit & Location

Finding us in Colorado Springs, parking, refunds, and visiting our Mountain Shadows med spa.

Where are you located in Colorado Springs?

We’re in the Mountain Shadows neighborhood, near the crossroads of Garden of the Gods & Centennial Blvd and Vindicator & Centennial Blvd. You’ll find us on the 2nd floor of the Mountain Shadows Professional Center at 5731 Silverstone Terrace, Suite 270, Colorado Springs, CO 80919.

Yes — there are plenty of parking spaces available every day of the week.

Just as with any climate, we tailor each patient’s treatment plan to their individual needs.

It depends on the situation. If treatment hasn’t begun and no services have been rendered, we typically refund with no problem. In certain cases we require a non-refundable down payment to reserve a spot on the physician’s schedule, which goes toward your overall balance. If a treatment series has begun, we “unbundle” the pre-discounted package, calculate the regular cost of each treatment performed up to the time of the request, and adjust the package to determine the amount credited toward a transferable service. All retail sales and medical weight-loss products are non-refundable.
