Cellulite affects up to 90% of women at some point in their lives — and it has nothing to do with fitness level or body weight. At our Colorado Springs med spa we offer non-invasive treatments that visibly smooth and tighten dimpled skin without surgery or downtime.

Understanding Your Concern
Cellulite is one of the most misunderstood aesthetic concerns out there — and one of the most common. It affects up to 90% of women at some point, and yet it’s still widely treated as a weight problem. It isn’t.
Cellulite forms when fat cells push upward through a web of fibrous connective tissue bands — called fibrous septae — beneath the skin, creating the dimpled texture most commonly seen on the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. In women, these bands run vertically, which allows fat to bulge through more easily. In men, they run at a diagonal criss-cross angle, which is why cellulite is far less common in men regardless of body composition. It’s a structural issue, not a size issue — which is exactly why even lean, athletic people can have significant cellulite.
The contributing factors are largely outside your control: genetics, hormonal changes, age-related thinning of the skin, and the unique architecture of your own connective tissue all play a role. Creams and dry brushing can temporarily improve circulation, but they don’t reach the underlying structure. The most effective, evidence-backed approach targets the fibrous septae directly — using treatments that remodel the tissue beneath the skin, stimulate collagen production, and release the bands that create the dimpling in the first place.
Cellulite forms when fat pushes through rigid connective tissue bands — a structural issue that skincare cannot address.
Up to 90% of women have cellulite due to hormonal differences and connective tissue structure — not fitness level.
As skin thins with age, the dimpling of cellulite becomes more visible even when the underlying fat hasn't changed.

Cellulite can be significantly improved but not permanently eliminated — we'll be straight with you about what real results look like.
es — though it’s important to have realistic expectations. Cellulite is a structural condition that can be significantly improved but not permanently eliminated with non-invasive treatments. Treatments like Venus Legacy, Exion Body, and Morpheus8Deep Body heat and remodel the tissue beneath the skin — visibly smoothing dimpling and tightening lax skin. Most patients see meaningful improvement with a full treatment series. Maintenance sessions help sustain results over time.
The most effective approach depends on the severity and location of your cellulite. Venus Legacy is our most comfortable, zero-downtime option and works well for mild to moderate cellulite. Exion Body delivers deep RF remodeling for more significant improvement. Morpheus8Deep Body is our most powerful non-invasive cellulite treatment for patients willing to tolerate a few days of mild recovery. We often combine treatments for the best outcome.
Venus Legacy and Exion Body work best as a series — typically 6–8 and 4–6 sessions respectively. Morpheus8Deep Body typically requires 3 to 6 consecutive sessions for a full correction plan. You’ll typically start seeing improvement after 3–4 sessions, with full results developing over 3–6 months as new collagen forms.
Results across Venus Legacy, Exion Body, and Morpheus8Deep Body are long-term with our comprehensive, corrective treatment approach. With occasional single maintenance treatments — paired with medical-grade skincare — your results will last as long as you wish.
Pricing depends on the treatment, the areas being treated, and the number of sessions in your plan. We offer flexible financing options — apply in minutes to see what works for your budget. The most accurate pricing comes from your in-person consultation.
