MyEllevate is a minimally invasive suture suspension procedure, sometimes called a Zoom Lift, that contours and defines the jawline and neck without the incisions, scarring, or downtime of a traditional surgical neck lift. Instead of cutting and removing skin from the outside, it supports the neck from the inside.
The procedure uses the patented ICLED light-guided suture system. An illuminated rod lets the surgeon see exactly where each suture sits beneath the skin and above the muscle, placing it at the ideal depth while protecting the vital structures of the neck. A permanent suture is then laced in a web-like hammock pattern around the neck’s supportive muscles and glands and gently drawn upward, like a shoelace, to elevate the underlying tissue and create a sharper, more youthful angle between the chin and neck.
Because MyEllevate tightens from within, it is exceptionally effective for mild to moderate laxity and is often paired with FaceTite and submental liposuction for a more complete result. At Springs Body Sculpting we most often perform it as a FaceTite plus MyEllevate combination that addresses all three components of an aging neck in one visit: excess chin and neck fat, skin laxity, and sagging deep tissue. FaceTite first liquefies fat and shrink-wraps the skin, then MyEllevate lifts and suspends the underlying structures, producing a tight, lifted result that rivals a surgical neck lift without the recovery.
