MyEllevate, often called Ellevate, is a minimally invasive alternative to surgical neck or facelift procedures. It uses a patented ICLED® light-guided surgical suture system to suspend soft tissue along the jawline and neck—lifting and redefining these areas for a more sculpted and youthful appearance, with no skin removal involved.
What It Treats
MyEllevate addresses early signs of aging in the lower face and neck, including:
- Jowling and weak jawline definition
- Loss of neck contour, including the appearance of a “turkey neck”
- Excess fullness under the chin (submental fat)
- Sagging skin or glands around the jaw and neck area
- Mild skin laxity that doesn’t require full surgery
How It Works
- Under local anesthesia, the surgeon makes small (~2 mm) puncture sites.
- Through those entry points, a fiber‑optic lighted rod guides a permanent braided polyester suture beneath the skin to lift and support the underlying muscles and soft tissue as a sling
- The suture creates internal suspension—refining jaw and neck contours with long-lasting effects—without visible incisions or sutures on the skin surface
